Statistical Operational Reporting Reveals Bottlenecks, Hot Spots, and Key Trends

ReliaTel statistical reports identify critical operational issues, performance trends, and alarm patterns at both the aggregated converged infrastructure level as well as a granular device, user, or individual call level.

Using the ReliaTel web-based GUI, users simply point and click to instantly generate pre-defined reports, or customize reports with specific devices, timeframes, content or layout to meet individual user and department needs. Reports are presented in Adobe PDF format, Excel spreadsheets, or Comma Separated Value (CSV) for import to other applications.

Report generation can be pre-scheduled for automatic delivery on a periodic basis, with optional delivery to specific e-mail destinations or printers. All report generation is fully secured through the ReliaTel user permissions and security settings.

Through ReliaTel Reporting, the critical statistical data necessary to enhance overall service levels is automatically gathered, formatted into easy-to-read reports, charts, and graphs, and rapidly delivered to authorized users.
